Our program will allow you to refer candidates that you know and believe would be a great fit. Everyone is welcome to participate, you don't need to be a Talentus Global employee to earn your referral bonus.
5-Step Program
Our referral process is simple and straightforward. Follow these five steps and earn your reward.
Active Application
The candidate must apply for one of the active positions available on our web page 'Careers' at the time you send it. This includes meeting the language requirements.
30-Day Milestone
Your referral must complete successfully 30 days of employment with us, for the bonus to be payable.
Complete Info
All information must be completed, for both you and the referred candidate.
Unique Referral
If the referred candidate is already in our system, he/she will not apply nor be eligible for our program, for which you will be notified within 5 business days.
$500 Reward
For each eligible and accepted referred candidate, you will receive $500 USD.

Yes! You can refer anyone you know who has the right skills and experience. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
You'll need to provide the candidate's full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and their most recent resume. The more details, the better.
Our Talent Acquisition team reviews all referrals. The candidate will be contacted directly by our recruitment team if their profile matches an open position.
External referrals are welcome! Once your referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, we'll contact you to process your $500 USD referral bonus via your preferred payment method.
No. You can refer candidates for any open position at Talentus Global. If the candidate's skills fit a different role than originally intended, our team will consider them for the most suitable opportunity.
No, our team handles all tracking. However, you are welcome to follow up anytime by contacting us at careers@talentusglobal.com for updates on your referral status.
Absolutely! Current Talentus Global employees can participate in the referral program. The same $500 USD bonus applies once the referred candidate completes 90 days.
We'll notify you if the candidate doesn't meet the current requirements. You're always welcome to refer them again in the future or submit new referrals at any time.
