5-Step Program
Our referral process is simple and straightforward. Follow these five steps and earn your reward.
Submit a Referral
Fill out the referral form on our careers page. Provide basic information about yourself and the candidate you are referring, including their resume and LinkedIn profile.
Screening & Review
Our talent team will review the candidate's profile within 3–5 business days. If the candidate's qualifications are a match, they will be contacted for the next steps.
Interview Process
All referrals go through our standard interview process, including technical assessments and cultural fit evaluations. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Candidate Gets Hired
Your referred candidate lands the job! We'll notify you once they've been formally accepted and have started their onboarding with Talentus Global.
You Earn $500 USD
Once the referred candidate has completed their first 90 days, you'll receive a $500 USD referral bonus. It's that simple — help us grow, and get rewarded.

Yes! You can refer anyone you know who has the right skills and experience. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
You'll need to provide the candidate's full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and their most recent resume. The more details, the better.
Our Talent Acquisition team reviews all referrals. The candidate will be contacted directly by our recruitment team if their profile matches an open position.
External referrals are welcome! Once your referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, we'll contact you to process your $500 USD referral bonus via your preferred payment method.
No. You can refer candidates for any open position at Talentus Global. If the candidate's skills fit a different role than originally intended, our team will consider them for the most suitable opportunity.
No, our team handles all tracking. However, you are welcome to follow up anytime by contacting us at careers@talentusglobal.com for updates on your referral status.
Absolutely! Current Talentus employees can participate in the referral program. The same $500 USD bonus applies once the referred candidate completes 90 days.
We'll notify you if the candidate doesn't meet the current requirements. You're always welcome to refer them again in the future or submit new referrals at any time.
